I was interested in the codes. I build modular in DE/MD and the photos look like it was built to HUD codes not International/BOCA CODES. There is a problem on what a modular home is and who is doing it. Many trailer companies started calling their products modular when the trailer market went into the toilet a few years back. We call them HUDULAR, still built on a trailer frame. None of the homes I build use the black pipe and electrical boxes shown in your photos. Good luck. Reply to this
