The previous post contained a question regarding whether or not the dealer was "still selling Champion products?"

Bobbie Bell answered that question with a "yes."

If the dealer is still selling Champion products then one has to wonder how much pressure is Champion really applying to the dealer in order to get the dealer to handle the problems and do the right thing!  Based on the experience of others, the best bet is that Champion Enterprises is applying "lip service" only and no real pressure on the dealer.

Everyone knows that Champion needs all the sales it can muster and believes that by being minimally or even non-responsive to it's customers after the sale, that even the worst problems go away with the passage of time and at no cost to Champion's bottom line!

Well, The Champion Homes retailer that took my $30,000 has since had all of his lot models repo'd by the bank and his office is locked as tight as a drum. He has been served by the sheriff, along with Champion Homes, as I proceed with the suing process. So far I have not received any calls from Champion Homes. I guess they don't really care when their "family" of retailers steal my money!!! Or maybe Champion Homes were the ones to steal it! They were the ones who refused to build my home after I already paid the $30,000.
