Just to be sure that no one misses the latest comment regarding ongoing litigation against Champion Homes and one of their dealers, here it is posted as an entry.
"Well, The Champion Homes retailer that took my $30,000 has since had
all of his lot models repo'd by the bank and his office is locked as
tight as a drum. He has been served by the sheriff, along with Champion
Homes, as I proceed with the suing process. So far I have not received
any calls from Champion Homes. I guess they don't really care when
their "family" of retailers steal my money!!! Or maybe Champion Homes
were the ones to steal it! They were the ones who refused to build my
home after I already paid the $30,000."
Do you think Champion Genesis Modular and Manufactured Homes does any kind of background check on the people that sell Champion Home's products?
Given Champion Homes past history and lack of response to previous buyers, there is no reason to think that they will respond to anything but a subpeona and or a court order.

Amen! We're out the initial $185,000 plus trying to live with this nightmare of a house, the Jefferson II. Is there a class action suit? I would love to be a part of it. We are a Cedar Fire rebuild and this just isn't ending well. Reply to this

i am still in a lawsuit with champion/i have written estimates of almost $70,000 worth of damages and they 'offered me' an order of judgment before the arbitrator for $10,000 and they say this is more than generous/house full of electrical and water damage....house is rotting around us/any updates on champion? i am more than interested/they cry they may go bankrupt before my arbitration date in feb due to economy/i say if they go bankrupt it's because they have made a living out of ripping innocent consumers off...
