Have you ever read or saw something and the first thought that came to mind was "What the hell are they thinking?" Well, that just happened to me when I saw a recent ad for Champion Genesis Modular Homes.

It may have been a Freudian slip or maybe Champion Genesis is just trying to warn potential customers. The most obvious word on the page is "RISK," as in you are taking a RISK in buying one of their products. If you look carefully at the lead in, "Reduce Your" you might ask yourself why didn't they choose to use the word "Eliminate" as opposed to "Reduce?" Maybe they are trying to tell you something about their products.
Perhaps it is as simple as Champion Genesis notifying you right up front not to expect too much when dealing with Champion Genesis and that not all manufactured and modular home builders are the same. Some, like Champion Genesis, are not responsive to the customers requests to make things right. "RISK" is definately associated with Champion Genesis Customer Service or the lack thereof.
All I know from our experience with Champion Genesis is that the definition of the word RISK, danger/chance, is not nearly descriptive enough to describe our NIGHTMARE
Maybe "RISK" explains why the stock closed at $7.67 today, just a little above the 12 month low of $7.37.
